Dr. Rasha Ringa is the Founder and General Manager of Pharma Knowledge Consulting and Services (PKCS), a Dubai-registered regulatory and compliance consulting firm serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies across Iraq, the UAE, and the wider Middle East. She works at the intersection of global regulatory standards and the realities of MENA market access — translating ICH, EU, and FDA frameworks into practical filings under Iraqi MOH, UAE MOHAP/EDE, and Saudi SFDA.

Dr. Ringa leads PKCS’s regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance practice. Her work covers the full product lifecycle: dossier preparation and submission, marketing authorization, post-approval lifecycle management, pharmacovigilance system setup and qualified person responsibilities (QPPV), GMP compliance and audit support, clinical trial application strategy, and local representative services for foreign manufacturers entering the region.
